Clip 'n climb faq's

Our aim for this is page is to answer the main questions our guests have before their visit. If you have any questions that are not covered or need further clarification, please contact us before your visit. We will keep updating this page, so it is as helpful as possible.

  • I have an online or paper voucher that expires during lockdown.  How can I still use it.
  • We are extending all of our vouchers by the length of time that we are closed for.  Clip 'n Climb Cambridge closed on 21st March 2020.  For more information, visit our news page.
  • I have a booking during lockdown.  What shall I do?
  • We should have been in touch with everyone with bookings in April, May and June.  Apologies if you haven't heard from us.  You have a choice to move your booking to another date, to the future (we'll be in touch when we re-open to see when is convenient with you to come and climb) or to get a full refund onto the payment card that you paid with.  Refunds take between 3-5 working days.
  • When will you be re-open?
  • When it's safe for our team and our customers.  Much like you, we are watching the news to get information about government guidelines, as well as working with other Clip 'n Climbs around the world to learn from how they come out of lockdown.  We know we won't be open before early July 2020.
