Our aim for this is page is to answer the main questions our guests have before their visit. If you have any questions that are not covered or need further clarification, please contact us before your visit. We will keep updating this page, so it is as helpful as possible.

  • I have an online or paper voucher that expires during lockdown.  How can I still use it.
  • For any vouchers that were still outstanding when we closed on 21st March, we are extending by four months (the time we were shut).  For e-vouchers, this will be done automatically through our system.  If you need reminding of your expiry date, just contact us.
  • I had a booking during lockdown.  What shall I do?
  • You should have had an email from us, but if not, please call the centre to re-book your session.
