Wearing face masks in the centre

From 8th August, the Government are recommending that face coverings are worn in additional indoor settings and this will be enforceable in law. As a venue we are both an adventure activity (which is included) and a climbing centre (which falls under the gym category, which is not included). For clarity, we are therefore asking all customers to wear a face covering when they are not climbing or at their own table.

Your cooperation is asked for to ensure a fun and harmonious experience enjoyed with other guests and our staff.

There are some circumstances, for health, age or equality reasons where people are not encouraged or expected to wear face coveringsPlease be mindful and respectful of such circumstances, noting that some people are less able to wear face coverings, and that the reasons for this may not be visible to others

 This includes:

  • anyone under the age of 11
  • those with disabilities or certain health conditions, such as respiratory or cognitive impairments that make it difficult for them to wear a face covering

 I’ve forgotten my face mask

Don’t worry. We have free, disposable face masks available at reception.
