FREE 2 SESSION CLIMBING COURSE

Cambridge City Council is funding the opportunity for a parent/carer to take part in a two session climbing course alongside their child, as part of the Council’s drive for more active families in the city.

To be eligible, you need to live in the City and be in receipt of Universal Credit.

The course consists of two 60 minute sessions each starting at 6pm:

- Monday 30th June
- Monday 7th July

The first session is all about both parent/carer and child building up their confidence and getting used to the climbing walls, particularly coming down.

The second session is to build up their climbing techniques so they finish the course having developed new skills and the appreciation of a new sport.

The sessions will be run at Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge, 34 Clifton Road, Cambridge, CB1 7EB. Please arrive 15 minutes before the 6pm start time to allow for check-in.

The minimum age for participating is 4. Places are strictly limited and will be allocated on a first come, first service basis.

Email us to apply for your place, or call us on 01223 941700, quoting Summer Council Course.
