SUMMER HAF 2025

This summer, Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge has got involved again in the HAF Programme funded by Cambridgeshire County Council. Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge has offered 4 HAF sessions, welcoming 100 climbers to enjoy a 2-hour fun-filled activity, including lunch for young people with additional needs, who are also entitled to benefit related free school meals.

The session included 1 hour of climbing, and 1 hour for lunch. The action-packed session gives the opportunity to scale 20 climbing walls as well as 2 extreme challenges. The climbing walls have varying difficulties and obstacles to overcome.

Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge is the perfect activity to ensure that young people stay active and provides families with the opportunity to engage in activities they may not usually participate in, hence why we offer separate SEND sessions to meet requirements of individuals, as well as work with SEND charities such as Spectrum.

Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge thoroughly enjoy being part of the HAF programme as it allows us to give back to the community, ensure inclusivity and provide a safe space as we understand the longest School holiday of the year can be a particularly challenging one. Clip ‘n Climb Cambridge will continue to work with both SEND and community groups and support future programmes. If booking a community or SEND group is of interest to you, please contact us via email or telephone.
